Therapy that's built around you. Not the other way around.
Your story is yours. And what you bring into the room determines everything about how we work together.
No two people leave with the same approach. I pull from the best of what works — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based tools — not because I follow a script, but because I use whatever combination is actually going to move the needle for you.
The goal isn't just to feel better in session. It's to get the outcome you're actually after.
Not your typical therapist — and that's intentional.
Before I became a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world and in television — environments that taught me how to cut through noise fast, read people quickly, and figure out what someone actually means versus what they're saying.
That background shapes how I work. I'm direct. I get to the point. I'm not going to have you processing the same thing indefinitely without progress. My clients are high-functioning people who have a lot going on and don't have time for vague — and they deserve a therapist who matches that energy.
